Santos Peak is a private investment group focused on acquiring and operating recession-resistant outdoor hospitality assets across the Western United States.
Our portfolio strategy centers on RV parks, campgrounds, small mobile-home parks, and unique cash-flowing outdoor lodging properties.

We look for opportunities where we can bring thoughtful management, flexible seller-financed structures, and long-term operational improvements.

Our Approach

We focus on three core principles:

1. Recession-Resistant Assets

Properties with durable demand, consistent occupancy, and strong land value in supply-constrained markets.

2. Relationship-Driven Acquisitions

We work directly with owners, families, and operators.
We value transparency, quick communication, and simple deal structures that work for both sides.

3. Clean, Fast Closings

We specialize in deals that require speed, creative financing, or hands-on operational oversight.
Most transactions close within 21–30 days.
